The residence is within walking distance to hiking trails in the Santa Monica Mountains. Wifi works inside and outside in several sitting areas with tables and chairs. No pets please; I have a wonderful dog, Olivia and a cat, Oreo and 7 chickens. I have rented to graduate students from Pepperdine for 36 years.
